We often provide this service to customers looking to use a favoured surround tile as an overflow grate. We will back the tile on a suitable thickness plastic sheet for safety, water cut and ship.
We can offer a full design service use CAD software.
The price will depend on the complexity, thickness of tile and how long the tiles take to cut.
We can also water cut wall grilles for HVAC and other purposes.
Obviously its much cheaper to find an off the shelf solution, but that is not always possible.
