This drain boasts an anti vortex lid and curved top for safety. This main drain has knock outs to enable side or bottom entry.
The Certikin Main Drain can be built into the floor of a concrete pool. If you are planning a liner pool then you will need the Certikin Liner Main Drain (see other listings).
The main drain offers total flexibility with its two different configurations.
You can purchase this main drain with a bush, plug and nipple (see drop down menu above) - this will allow you to quickly connect your main drain to your pipe work.
Alternatively you may require a hydro relief valve. These are required for every concrete swimming pool and essential for concrete pools with water table issues. If you are not sure if you need the hydrostatic please call us for advice. They will protect the pool shell during construction and prevent the pool shell lifting like a boat.
Remember two main drains are required on every pool for safety. These should be installed at least 2m apart. For shallow and commercial pools stainless steel drains are required - see other listings.
